There are many ways to strap products without putting too much strain on the environment. The use of steel strap is very harmful to the environment due to the high energy consumption during production, but PET strap is an excellent replacement for environmentally unfriendly steel strap. PET strap is safer, more environmentally friendly, better and cheaper than steel strap.

100% sustainable: paper strap

Paper strap is the environmentally friendly alternative to plastic strap and steel strap. The strap is strong, gives a professional result and retains its shape and strength even when wet. The paper strap is fully recyclable, via the normal paper flow. Strapping with paper strap is environmentally friendly, sturdy and professional.

Strapping pallets ergonomically

Strapping can be physically intensive work. To put the strapping material around a pallet, the operator has to bend a lot. The strap must then be tensioned in order to be able to make the strapping with a hand-held device. To make this packaging process more ergonomic, a pallet strapping machine can be used. The machine feeds the strap under the pallet and makes the strapping at the touch of a button. In addition to the machines, a StrapBandit with a strapping tool can also be used. These devices also provide ergonomic advantages, with less investment.

Time saving

Often a packaging process takes up a lot of unnecessary time. By using tools such as a strap dispenser, strapping tool or a (small) strapping machine, a lot of valuable time can be saved. A dispenser ensures that the strap can be easily unrolled and a strapping tool or strapping machine tensions, welds and cuts the strap in a very short time. This allows more products to be strapped in a shorter time.

Perfect weld and little maintenance required!

In addition to the high quality of our strapping tools, such as the CMT 260, the tool always produces a perfect weld. After the strap has been fed, the operator can create a perfect strapping at the touch of a button, without having to tension the strap himself. This saves a lot of time and effort. The CMT 260 controls itself, ensuring that the weld is always made perfectly.

If the tool needs maintenance, you can easily do this yourself. This means you no longer have to send the device in and valuable time is not lost. In addition, maintenance costs remain low. If you still cannot figure it out, our Service Department is of course ready to assist you.

Thicker isn't always better

It is often thought that thicker strap is always firmer and stronger, so the choice quickly falls on the thickest strap. However, narrow, thin strap may be the right solution for you. The strap is equally strong and the weld is perfectly made, making thin and narrow strap strong enough for strapping your products.

In addition to thin, narrow strapping, we now also offer paper strap. This strap is strong, pleasant to use and has a firm strap. In addition to these excellent product qualities, the tire is fully recyclable and has a minimal ecological footprint.
