A manual strapping tool or machine is required to attach a strap to a product.
These battery driven & pneumatic strapping tools combine all necessary operations - tensioning, closing and cutting - in one device. They are light in weight and because they are easy to work with, an operator can make straps up to six times faster compared to a manual tool. A higher voltage can also be built up with a battery or pneumatically driven strapping tool, up to 4,500 N.
Other advantages are: mobility, no seals are needed, the required voltage can be set, the tool is easy to use, and you can strap horizontally or vertically. The biggest disadvantage is that it is more expensive to buy than a manual strapping tool without a battery.
